At Urban Attire, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy below to ensure a smooth and fair process.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.

  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Sale or discounted items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Undergarments and accessories

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Gift cards


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@urbanattire.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and shipping details.

  3. Ship the item back to the provided address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.


5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@urbanattire.com with photos and your order number.

  • We’ll arrange a free return or replacement depending on stock availability.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Double-check your bank account or payment method.

  • Contact your credit card company or bank — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@urbanattire.com.
