1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
Pakistan (Nationwide)
International shipping available to select countries (contact us before placing an order if unsure)
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
3. Shipping Time
Pakistan:
Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
International:
Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days (depending on location and customs)
Note: Shipping times may vary during sales, holidays, or due to courier delays.
4. Shipping Charges
Pakistan: Flat rate shipping of PKR 200 on all orders. Free shipping on orders above PKR 3,000.
International: Calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to track your package through the courier’s website.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us at support@urbanattire.com.
We will assist you in tracking or filing a claim with the courier service.
8. Wrong Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order. Urban Attire is not responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
